Quality Control

Raw Material

Each batch of main raw materials comes from the partners of Mimofpet with cooperation for more than 2 years to ensure the reliability of the products from the source. Each batch of raw materials will undergo component inspection before production to ensure that the finished product is qualified.

Equipment

The production workshop will make order arrangements after the inspection of raw materials. And then using different equipment for each different production process, to make sure each procedure goes smoothly. Moreover, these equipment highly improved our production ability and efficiency, Saved much labor cost and guarantee enough production output every month.

Personnel

The factory area has passed ISO9001 occupational health and safety management system certification. All the workers are well trained before they go to production line.

Finished Product

After each batch of products is produced in the production workshop, quality control inspectors will conduct random inspections on each batch of finished products in accordance with the requirements of the standard.

Final Inspection

The QC department will inspect each batch of products before shipment. Inspection procedures include product surface check, function testing, data analysis, etc. All these test results will be analyzed and approved by the engineer, and then shipped to customers.
